HICKORY KITCHEN
A restaurant owner in Doylestown purchased an existing BBQ restaurant and needed to rename and rebrand to restaurant in order to let go of any negative reputation from the previous owner and to open up the offering to a menu that reaches far beyond BBQ alone. The goal was to keep a reference to the origin of the restaurant (we didn't want to alienate the existing customer base) but to create a comfortable, homey feel. Hickory wood is used in the smoking of his BBQ.
